Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum two years management experience
- Full-service restaurant management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and motivation abilities
- Excellent guest service skills
- Ability to meet financial and operational targets
- Ability to communicate effectively with teams and vendors
- Physical capacity to stand or sit for long periods and lift at least 50 pounds
- Ability to perform physical activities such as reaching, bending, kneeling, crouching, and climbing
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
- Two years of management experience required
- Preferred experience in full-service restaurant management
- Exceptional leadership and motivational skills
- Strong guest service orientation
- Ability to achieve financial goals including sales growth, guest count increase, labor cost management, and add-on sales
- Effective communication and team development skills
Job Duties
- Manage all dining room systems and operations including To-Go, Counter, Bar, and service standards as well as kitchen operations such as expo, prep, line, and quality identifiers
- Provide direction, coaching, and leadership to front-of-house and back-of-house team members including training, safety, sanitation, and adherence to company policies
- Establish and communicate goals regularly with the Managing Partner
- Communicate effectively with management team, hourly staff, vendors, and the Restaurant Support Center
- Maintain restaurant facility both interior and exterior to high standards of cleanliness and organization
- Ensure sufficient supply levels for all FOH and BOH team members
- Create and post department schedules in a timely manner considering labor goals, sales forecasts, and team member availability
- Conduct weekly inventory procedures within the area of responsibility
- Interview and assist in hiring new team members to maintain staffing levels
- Maintain areas of responsibility related to guest experience, bar, hospitality, and takeout services by coaching team members before, during, and after shifts
