Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a restaurant management role
  • Willingness to work 50 hour work weeks including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to hire, train and manage staff effectively
  • Must be available to work any shift scheduled
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Reliable and punctual

Job Duties

  • Provide the team with skills, leadership, training and motivation to run the restaurant
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining Wendy's standards and procedures
  • Manage restaurant operations to meet profitability goals
  • Hire, train and develop restaurant staff
  • Work a scheduled 50 hour work week including 5 days of 10 hour shifts or more as needed
  • Operate the restaurant on any shifts as required
  • Monitor employee performance and provide feedback
