Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior management experience in hospitality or restaurant industry
strong communication skills
ability to multitask and work under pressure
willingness to undergo background check including criminal, motor vehicle, and employment history

Job Qualifications

Proven leadership experience in a hospitality setting
ability to have fun and joke around while still getting the job done
passion for developing and coaching people
driven, organized, patient, and expert at communicating
ability to rise up in high-pressure situations

Job Duties

Run the floor or kitchen creating a positive employee and guest experience
interview, hire, train, develop and coach your team
perform administrative activities like inventory, completing FOH and BOH orders, and monitoring the safe
ensure food safety, quality and presentation are on par while conducting line checks
support the kitchen, bar, and dining room during peak hours
