Job Requirements

Must be able to fluently speak/read English
Math and writing skills
Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience required
Be physically and mentally capable of learning to operate standard restaurant equipment
Lift 30 to 50 pounds and use motion involving pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
Experience in the food service industry
Food Safety, Serve Safe Certification
Ability to work full-time
Demonstrated leadership and management capability

Preparing products according to operational and quality standards
Managing service delivered by the store team
Operating the restaurant in a cost effective manner
Maintaining compliance with food safety regulations
Managing P&L responsibilities
Engaging with customers and employees to drive continuous improvement
