Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year experience in restaurant management
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficient with computers and POS systems
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Good problem-solving skills
Commitment to following safety and hygiene standards

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Recruit, select, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees

Manage daily operations to achieve excellence in service and quality
