Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of restaurant management experience
  • minimum 1 year of previous Cracker Barrel management experience preferred
  • availability to work 50 hours per week including holidays and weekends
  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to maintain composure under pressure
  • strong interpersonal and leadership skills

  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations
  • coach, train, and develop team members to enhance performance and guest service
  • manage inventory and control food and labor costs
  • ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations
  • maintain high standards of guest experience and hospitality
  • handle customer concerns and feedback professionally
  • lead and motivate the team during busy shifts to maintain smooth operations
