Job Requirements

Education or equivalent experience in operations
Two years of management operations experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
Ability to lead and manage staff effectively
Strong organizational and planning skills
Knowledge of food handling and safety protocols

Job Qualifications

Successful previous restaurant management experience in a fast food setting
Strong skills in coaching and training, customer service, organization and planning
Ability to accomplish sales and profit goals
College degree or equivalent experience in operations
Two years of management operations experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry or equivalent combination of education and experience

Job Duties

Managing the operations and restaurant staff
Deliver high quality products in a clean, professional and safe environment
Maintain day-to-day financial controls
Create and manage staff schedules
Interview, hire, train and write-up staff
Exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management
Set the tone for the fun, family environment in the restaurant
Management level openings range from shift managers, assistant managers, general managers
