Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Minimum of 2+ years of restaurant management or retail management experience
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to work a minimum of 50 hours a week
- Ability to stand or walk for 9-10 hours per day
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Must be able to tolerate noise from music, customer and team member traffic
- Must be able to tolerate potential allergens
- Must have excellent communication skills in English

Job Duties
- Monitor restaurant operations and conditions to ensure quality of food and guest service
- Understand and ensure adherence to food safety and alcohol compliance standards
- Communicate with team members, guests, vendors, and concept personnel to address various needs
- Lead and coach your team to provide remarkable food, drinks, and hospitality
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the team by interviewing and hiring exceptional talent for job openings
- Serve as a role model and hold team members accountable to operational and quality standards
- Cultivate a positive work environment that promotes the retention and development of team members
