- minimum of 2 years successful restaurant management experience
- ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week including five 10-hour shifts
- ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
- caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
- valid driver’s license
- must be fluent in English
