Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1 year of experience in restaurant or hospitality management
- ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong leadership and people skills
- proficiency with Microsoft Office
- physical ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- excellent communication skills

- 1+ years of high-volume restaurant or related hospitality management experience
- strong coaching and team development skills
- excellent organizational and time management abilities

- experience managing a large team
- knowledge of restaurant operations including inventory and ordering

Job Duties
- lead and coach the restaurant team to deliver exceptional service
- manage daily restaurant operations ensuring efficiency and quality
- oversee inventory, ordering, and kitchen coordination
- foster positive relationships with guests and team members
- maintain organized and deadline-focused management practices
- train and develop staff in all restaurant positions
- manage staff schedules to meet business needs
