Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 3 years' restaurant management experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate hospitality on all levels
  • Four-year college degree preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Manage all areas of operations during scheduled shifts including on-the-spot decision making and staff support
  • Ensure 100% interaction with guests and focus on meeting guest needs while enforcing personal performance standards
  • Assess staffing needs and recruit staff
  • Monitor purchasing, storage, preparation, cooking, handling, and serving of food and beverage products to ensure correct recipe, portion, and specification standards
  • Act as a support system for all restaurant areas
  • Organize and direct training programs within the restaurant
  • Maintain a spotlessly clean and safe restaurant at all times
  • Ensure highest quality levels of products and hospitality
