Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • two to three years of fine dining experience preferred
  • possession of food/beverage service worker permit where applicable
  • strong communication skills
  • supervisory or management experience
  • ability to plan and lead a team
  • meet legal age requirements
  • basic math and reasoning skills
  • commitment to safety and health standards

Job Qualifications

  • read, write and speak English
  • two to three years of fine dining experience preferred
  • food/beverage service worker permit where applicable
  • ability to communicate effectively with the public and employees
  • meet minimum age requirement
  • previous supervisory/management skills and experience
  • 8th grade math level
  • high school reasoning level
  • 12th grade language use level
  • no employee poses a direct threat to health/safety

Job Duties

  • ensure the restaurant operates efficiently and profitably
  • maintain reputation and great customer service
  • coordinate activities for related outlets such as room service and bar
  • oversee business performance of the restaurant
  • maintain high standards of food, service, and health safety
  • plan strategies and organize shifts
  • lead and manage a team
