Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior management experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • capacity to handle multiple tasks and remain organized
  • willingness to perform both front-of-house and back-of-house duties
  • pass a background check including criminal, motor vehicle and employment history

Job Duties

  • run the floor or kitchen creating a positive employee and guest experience
  • interview, hire, train, develop and coach your team
  • perform administrative activities like inventory, completing FOH and BOH orders, and monitoring the safe
  • ensure food safety, quality and presentation standards are met while conducting line checks
  • support kitchen, bar and dining room operations during peak hours
  • manage guest concerns and resolve issues efficiently
  • maintain strong communication between front-of-house and back-of-house teams
