Job Duties

  • Lead through service and support the team
  • maintain team and guest focus on each shift
  • collaborate with managers and team members to achieve goals
  • coach and lead teams through training and adherence to company standards
  • delegate and maintain Points of Service standards
  • engage with guests to exceed expectations
  • ensure compliance with health and sanitation standards
  • coordinate catering events successfully
  • enforce safety policies and hold team accountable
  • oversee restaurant cleanliness and atmosphere
  • manage financial objectives in sales, food cost, labor cost, and expenses
  • attend team meetings and assist in scheduling
  • perform duties assigned by General or Assistant General Manager
  • drive high-level guest service to ensure satisfaction
