- Minimum 1 year experience in a high-volume restaurant role

Job Duties
- Lead through service and support the team
- maintain team and guest focus on each shift
- collaborate with managers and team members to achieve goals
- coach and lead teams through training and adherence to company standards
- delegate and maintain Points of Service standards
- engage with guests to exceed expectations
- ensure compliance with health and sanitation standards
- coordinate catering events successfully
- enforce safety policies and hold team accountable
- oversee restaurant cleanliness and atmosphere
- manage financial objectives in sales, food cost, labor cost, and expenses
- attend team meetings and assist in scheduling
- perform duties assigned by General or Assistant General Manager
- drive high-level guest service to ensure satisfaction
