Job Requirements

  • 21+ years of age
  • 2+ years of restaurant or hospitality experience
  • Proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor
  • Ability to lead a team to create memorable guest experiences
  • True leadership capabilities
  • Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of restaurant or hospitality experience
  • Proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor
  • Proven leadership capabilities
  • Ability to lead a team to create memorable guest experiences
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with team recruiting, hiring, coaching, and training
  • Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and noisy environment

Job Duties

  • Developing and leading hourly team members to exceed guest's expectations
  • Demonstrating proactive leadership by ensuring positive staff and guest experiences through personal interactions
  • Interacting with guest service-focused team members in recruiting, hiring, coaching, training, and professional development
  • Living core values while collaborating with the management team to achieve high-quality and timely results
  • Overseeing all aspects of business operations including cost and labor management
  • Managing fast-paced, noisy environment while maintaining team motivation
  • Walking multiple miles during shifts while working an average of 50-hour weeks
