- 2+ years of restaurant or hospitality experience
- Proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor
- Ability to lead a team to create memorable guest experiences
- True leadership capabilities
- Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
- Not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions

- Interacting with guest service-focused team members in recruiting, hiring, coaching, training, and professional development
- Living core values while collaborating with the management team to achieve high-quality and timely results
- Overseeing all aspects of business operations including cost and labor management
- Managing fast-paced, noisy environment while maintaining team motivation
- Walking multiple miles during shifts while working an average of 50-hour weeks
