Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years restaurant experience preferably in family, fast-food, or casual dining
  • Prior leadership experience
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Commitment to safety and guest satisfaction
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Ability to manage cash and control costs

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Supervise restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and laws
  • Recruit, interview, and train employees
  • Assign and direct work
  • Appraise performance and handle rewards and discipline
  • Coach and mentor team members to ensure success and guest satisfaction
  • Model professional behavior and create a welcoming atmosphere
  • Assist team members with job duties as needed
  • Execute corporate and local marketing programs
  • Champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
  • Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
  • Meet and greet guests, resolve food quality and service issues
  • Maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
  • Ensure OSHA, health, and safety compliance
  • Enforce safe work behaviors
  • Monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
  • Control daily operations including cash control and security procedures
  • Manage food costs and inventory
  • Monitor labor costs and schedules
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
