Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years restaurant experience preferably in family, fast-food, or casual dining
- Prior leadership experience
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Commitment to safety and guest satisfaction
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to manage cash and control costs
Job Qualifications

- Prior leadership experience required

Job Duties
- Supervise restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and laws
- Recruit, interview, and train employees
- Assign and direct work
- Appraise performance and handle rewards and discipline
- Coach and mentor team members to ensure success and guest satisfaction
- Model professional behavior and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Assist team members with job duties as needed
- Execute corporate and local marketing programs
- Champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- Meet and greet guests, resolve food quality and service issues
- Maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- Ensure OSHA, health, and safety compliance
- Enforce safe work behaviors
- Monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- Control daily operations including cash control and security procedures
- Manage food costs and inventory
- Monitor labor costs and schedules
- Perform additional duties as assigned
