High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience training others in customer service, efficient serving techniques, table setting, and side work
Must pass a Level 2 federal background check
Must show proof of valid U.S. work authorization

Shape the training and growth of serving staff to deliver five-star service daily
Play a key role in upholding the cleanliness, safety, and customer service standards that make The Arbor Company a leader in senior living
