Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience managing a restaurant or similar hospitality environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of restaurant operations including Front of House and Back of House functions
- Ability to manage budgets and control costs
- Experience with hiring training and performance management
- Commitment to delivering high-quality food and service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Familiarity with safety and sanitation regulations
Job Duties
- Manage hourly employees including conducting performance evaluations coaching and discipline
- Review applications interview and hire or make recommendations to hire hourly employees
- Direct work for employees including setting hours weekly schedules and assigning tasks before during and after restaurant hours
- Drive sales steps of service and guest satisfaction
- Provide direct and schedule Front of House and Back of House training
- Supervise and oversee food production and preparation consistent with established recipes and procedures
- Conduct formal line taste and temperature checks
- Enforce security measures to maintain safety of employees and guests
- Manage food supplies and liquor costs through weekly inventory
- Understand and practice safe food handling procedures
- Create a safe fun and clean work environment consistent with core values and operational goals
