Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year experience in a fast-paced restaurant or catering environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure

- Proficient in managing safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in a high-volume restaurant role
- Preferably experience in fast casual restaurant and catering

Job Duties
- Lead through service and support the team
- Maintain team and guest focus on each shift
- Partner with management to coach and train staff
- Ensure all service standards are followed
- Engage with guests to exceed expectations
- Oversee health, safety, and sanitation compliance
- Manage shifts focusing on safety and operational goals
- Coordinate catering events and services
- Support achievement of sales, food cost, labor cost, and operating expense objectives
- Attend and participate in team meetings
- Perform other duties assigned by General Manager
- Drive high-level guest service and satisfaction
- Manage and coach restaurant team
- Foster cultural values and team engagement
- Partner with HR for recruitment and retention
- Mentor team members using creative training
