Job Qualifications

  • 10+ years of restaurant management experience preferably in fine dining luxury dining or a private club setting
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire develop and manage diverse teams
  • Proven background in food quality oversight customer service excellence and event management
  • Solid understanding of budgeting cost controls and financial reporting
  • Knowledge of food safety standards health regulations and best practices in upscale dining
  • Exceptional communication organizational and interpersonal skills
  • ServSafe certification up to date

Job Duties

  • Lead daily restaurant operations ensuring smooth and efficient service during shifts
  • Supervise train and motivate staff to consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Conduct pre-shift meetings oversee temperature cooler checks and manage closing duties including daily reporting
  • Ensure high standards of food quality presentation and fine dining service
  • Partner with leadership to recruit interview hire and onboard team members support training and ongoing development
  • Oversee private events and special functions ensuring flawless execution
  • Monitor financial performance including labor inventory and cost control
  • Place track and inspect food beverage and supply orders while managing inventory and high-cost items
  • Ensure compliance with all health safety and sanitation regulations
  • Handle member inquiries feedback and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Foster a culture of teamwork professionalism and Southern Foodservice's culture
  • Support operational flexibility by working a variety of shifts including evenings weekends and holidays as needed
