Job Requirements

  • At least 21 years of age
  • Earned a high school diploma or GED
  • Two or more years of restaurant management experience managing a team of 15 or more employees
  • Experience in customer service management
  • Extensive food and beverage knowledge
  • Acutely skilled in financial management
  • Available to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Experience with Windows and MS Office
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory control is preferred
  • Ability to follow specific recipes and processes with precision
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to take direction and delegate tasks
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to lift and carry at least 30 lbs
  • Ability to stand for 8 or more hours

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Two or more years of restaurant management experience managing a team of 15 or more employees
  • Demonstrated career experience in customer service management
  • Extensive food and beverage knowledge
  • Acute financial management skills
  • Experience with Windows and MS Office
  • Familiarity with POS systems
  • Understanding of inventory control systems is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

Job Duties

  • Assist in coordination of the entire restaurant operation including front-of-house and back-of-house
  • Deliver superior guest services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction
  • Respond efficiently to customer complaints
  • Enforce and offer the best quality of products possible
  • Organize and supervise shifts
  • Appraise personnel's performance and provide feedback to keep them upbeat and productive
  • Estimate consumption, forecast requirements, and maintain inventory
  • Track compliance with sanitation and safety rules and regulations
  • Control costs and cut waste
  • Successfully promote and publicize the brand
  • Nurture a positive working environment and lead by example as restaurant supervisor
  • Track operations and start corrective actions
