Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must have at least 2 years experience as a restaurant manager in the restaurant industry
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and insurance
  • Willing to use personal vehicle to travel to other restaurants or business locations as required

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a restaurant manager
  • Valid driver license and insurance
  • Leadership and team development skills
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion
  • Strong communication and coaching abilities
  • Experience in cost control and operational metric analysis
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations

Job Duties

  • Manage overall restaurant operations to ensure brand standards are met
  • Develop and mentor restaurant team to provide excellent guest and internal service
  • Lead recruiting, interviewing, and hiring to achieve staffing goals
  • Monitor and control food cost, labor, and cash handling
  • Ensure safe food handling and adherence to sanitation standards
  • Engage with guests and address concerns to reinforce a welcoming environment
  • Provide leadership and coaching to management team members
