Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must have at least 2 years experience as a restaurant manager in the restaurant industry
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and insurance
- Willing to use personal vehicle to travel to other restaurants or business locations as required
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience as a restaurant manager
- Valid driver license and insurance
- Leadership and team development skills
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion
- Strong communication and coaching abilities
- Experience in cost control and operational metric analysis
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Job Duties
- Manage overall restaurant operations to ensure brand standards are met
- Develop and mentor restaurant team to provide excellent guest and internal service
- Lead recruiting, interviewing, and hiring to achieve staffing goals
- Monitor and control food cost, labor, and cash handling
- Ensure safe food handling and adherence to sanitation standards
- Engage with guests and address concerns to reinforce a welcoming environment
- Provide leadership and coaching to management team members
