Job Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Two or more years of restaurant management experience
- Ability to manage a team of 15 or more employees
- Experience in customer service management
- Extensive food and beverage knowledge
- Financial management skills
- Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Experience with Windows and MS Office
- Experience with POS systems
- Understanding of inventory control systems
- Ability to follow recipes and processes precisely
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to take direction and delegate
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to lift and carry at least 30 lbs
- Ability to stand for 8 plus hours
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two or more years of restaurant management experience managing a team of 15 or more employees
- Demonstrated career experience in customer service management
- Extensive food and beverage knowledge
- Acute financial management skills
- Experience with Windows and MS Office
- Experience with POS systems
- Understanding of inventory control systems
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to follow recipes, processes and systems with precision
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Job Duties
- Assist in coordination of the entire restaurant operation including front-of-house and back-of-house
- Deliver superior guest services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction
- Respond efficiently to customer complaints
- Enforce and offer the best quality of products possible
- Organize and supervise shifts
- Appraise personnel's performance and provide feedback to keep them upbeat and productive
- Estimate consumption, forecast requirements, and maintain inventory
- Track compliance with sanitation and safety rules and regulations
- Control costs and cut waste
- Successfully promote and publicize the brand
- Nurture a positive working environment and lead by example as restaurant supervisor
- Track operations and start corrective actions
