Job Requirements

  • must have reliable transportation
  • must be at least 21 years of age
  • minimum of 2 years of restaurant management or retail management experience
  • ability to work a minimum of 50 hours a week
  • ability to stand/walk for 9-10 hours per day
  • ability to lift up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • ability to tolerate higher levels of noise and potential allergens
  • ability to manage fast-paced, high-volume, customer-focused restaurant operations through organization and team supervision
  • must have excellent communication skills in English via writing, telephone, e-mail, and in-person

Job Qualifications

  • must be at least 21 years of age
  • minimum of 2 years of restaurant management preferably in full service or casual dining or retail management experience
  • high-energy, fun-loving personality with leadership skills to inspire a team
  • ability to create an unforgettable guest experience
  • excellent communication skills with the ability to lead others and develop long-term relationships
  • ability to represent the company in a positive light in the local trade area
  • excellent communication skills in English via writing, telephone, e-mail, and in-person

Job Duties

  • monitoring restaurant operations and conditions to ensure quality of food and guest service
  • understand and ensure adherence to food safety and alcohol compliance standards
  • communicating with team members, guests, vendors, and concept personnel to address various needs
  • leading and coaching your team to provide remarkable food, drinks, and hospitality
  • proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the team by interviewing and hiring exceptional talent for job openings
  • serving as a role model and holding team members accountable to operational and quality standards
  • cultivating a positive work environment that promotes retention and development of team members
  • driving guest engagement within the restaurant and developing relationships within the community
