Job Requirements

  • Two or more years of successful restaurant management experience
  • Ability and willingness to work 50 hours per week including five 10-hour shifts
  • Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
  • A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
  • Valid driver’s license

  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Experience in both front-of-house and back-of-house operations

Job Duties

  • Lead store operations including front-of-house and back-of-house responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent guest and employee experiences
  • Drive business results and operational efficiency
  • Support and develop team members through coaching and training
  • Uphold hospitality standards and store cleanliness
  • Manage scheduling and labor costs
  • Collaborate with home office support for continuous improvement
