Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience
- Proven leadership ability
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Commitment to upholding company policies and procedures

Job Duties
- Scheduling for FOH ensuring restaurant is adequately always staffed
- Forecasting sales and scheduling based on expected business
- Instill staff morale spirit and an uplifting culture that coincides with the restaurant's success
- Onboarding welcoming and ensuring the proper training of new hires
- Communication outreach and relationship building within the community
- Closely monitoring and responding to reviews
- Check with the Chef or kitchen manager for 86's or specials of the day and make sure that the button is present in the POS before service starts
- Staff oversight ensuring all staff are punctual present and in uniform
- Beverage program management ordering inventory cost control
- Ensure staff education
