Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior leadership experience required
  • minimum of 2 years in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
  • ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to stand for long periods and walk without rest
  • capacity to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • ability to use hands for various tasks
  • ability to bend, stoop, taste, smell, and verbally communicate
  • vision abilities including close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception
  • ability to access all restaurant areas
  • compliance with all safety and health codes
  • availability to adapt to scheduling needs

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a leadership role
  • minimum of 2 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
  • college or culinary schooling preferred

Job Duties

  • Recruit, interview, and train employees
  • assign and direct work
  • appraise performance
  • reward and discipline employees
  • address complaints and resolve problems
  • Coach and mentor team members to ensure success and guest satisfaction
  • model professional behavior creating a warm, friendly, and hospitable atmosphere
  • assist team members with job duties as needed
  • assist with building store sales and executing marketing programs
  • champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
  • maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
  • meet and greet guests resolving food quality and service issues
  • maintain efficient operations, cost control, and profit management
  • ensure OSHA, health and safety codes, and company policies compliance
  • enforce safe work behaviors
  • monitor daily activities for quality food and cleanliness
  • control daily operations including cash control, financial reports, and schedules
  • control food and labor costs by following policies and managing inventory
  • perform all other duties as assigned
