Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required
  • working toward AA or BA/BS degree preferred
  • minimum of 3+ years experience as an Associate Manager or Assistant Manager
  • 100% certified in all workstations
  • Food Safety Manager certification required

Job Duties

  • Overseeing restaurant operations execution and management of staff
  • demonstrating a strong commitment to hospitality and guest satisfaction
  • managing daily activities to achieve excellence in restaurant operational performance
  • providing an exceptional experience for guests through proper training and accountability
  • reviewing and modifying practices to improve guest experience
  • responding to guest concerns and complaints timely and professionally
  • ensuring that all management team and crew understand and operate systems correctly
  • maintaining restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and excellent service
  • developing employees' knowledge and skills through training programs and coaching
  • directing restaurant operations to ensure adherence to brand standards
  • enforcing sanitary practices and security procedures
  • maintaining compliance with employment policies and regulations
  • proactively addressing and resolving problems with support resources as needed
