Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • experience with inventory management
  • comfortable in a kitchen environment

  • Minimum of 2 years of high-volume restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • proficient with Microsoft Office
  • strong leadership and coaching skills
  • experience managing large teams
  • excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage daily restaurant operations
  • coach and develop team members to foster a positive work environment
  • ensure high standards of food quality and customer service
  • manage inventory, ordering, and kitchen operations
  • maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
  • drive sales and meet financial targets
  • handle scheduling and labor management
