- 2+ years of restaurant management experience in high volume full-service environment
- must have a passion for hospitality
- results-driven trustworthy and team-oriented
- food manager certification
- hardworking outgoing positive and friendly
- bachelor's degree or certification in hospitality or culinary field is preferred

Job Duties
- assist with interviewing hiring training and follow-up with new team members
- ensure all food and drink are consistently prepared and served according to recipe standards and quality standards
- ability to fill in where needed to ensure guest satisfaction and maintain efficient operations
- participate in ordering and monitoring inventory and supply levels kitchen equipment and cleanliness
- motivate team to provide excellent customer service in a chef-inspired and wine-centric restaurant
- review financial information and ensure effective operations
- engage in team member training and development
