Job Duties
- Lead through service and support the team
- Maintain team and guest focus during shifts
- Partner with management and team members to achieve common goals
- Coach and lead teams through training and adherence to company standards
- Engage with guests to exceed expectations and build relationships
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal standards
- Manage food and service quality according to standards
- Support achievement of financial objectives including sales, food cost, labor cost, and operating expenses
- Attend and contribute to scheduled team meetings
- Implement brand strategy and initiatives to build long-term relationships
