Job Duties

  • Lead through service and support the team
  • Maintain team and guest focus during shifts
  • Partner with management and team members to achieve common goals
  • Coach and lead teams through training and adherence to company standards
  • Engage with guests to exceed expectations and build relationships
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal standards
  • Manage food and service quality according to standards
  • Support achievement of financial objectives including sales, food cost, labor cost, and operating expenses
