Job Requirements

  • previous restaurant experience
  • management experience preferred

  • ability to work weekends and holidays

  • familiarity with food handling and safety standards
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Hire and train restaurant staff
  • organize and oversee staff schedules
  • conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations
  • handle discipline and termination of employees
  • oversee food preparation ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
  • ensure customer satisfaction with the restaurant and dining experience
  • handle customer complaints diplomatically
  • ensure compliance with alcoholic beverage regulations
  • estimate food and beverage costs
  • manage inventory and purchase supplies
  • conduct daily inspection of restaurant and equipment
  • evaluate restaurant equipment for repairs and maintenance
  • collaborate with chefs to develop menus
  • maintain sales records and track cash receipts
  • prepare and submit operations reports
  • perform other duties as assigned
