Job Duties
- Hire and train restaurant staff
- organize and oversee staff schedules
- conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations
- handle discipline and termination of employees
- oversee food preparation ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
- ensure customer satisfaction with the restaurant and dining experience
- handle customer complaints diplomatically
- ensure compliance with alcoholic beverage regulations
- estimate food and beverage costs
- manage inventory and purchase supplies
- conduct daily inspection of restaurant and equipment
- evaluate restaurant equipment for repairs and maintenance
- collaborate with chefs to develop menus
- maintain sales records and track cash receipts
- prepare and submit operations reports
- perform other duties as assigned
