Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 3 years' restaurant management experience
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to demonstrate hospitality on all levels

Job Duties

  • managing all areas of the operations during scheduled shifts including on the spot decision making
  • supporting the staff
  • ensuring 100% interaction with the guests
  • assessing staffing needs and recruiting staff
  • monitoring purchasing, storage, preparation, cooking, handling, and serving of all food and beverage products to ensure correct recipe, portion, and specification standards
  • acting as support system for all areas of the restaurant
  • organizing and directing training programs within the restaurant
  • maintaining spotlessly clean and safe restaurant at all times
  • ensuring highest quality levels of products and hospitality
  • leading and living by PRIDE (Passion, Respect, Integrity, Determination, and Energy)
