Job Duties
- Perform open, mid-day, closing duties
- conduct daily briefings for team
- manage repair and maintenance issues
- oversee restaurant risk review and implement changes
- lead local marketing and community involvement
- facilitate continued education programs
- exercise discretion and independent judgment
- ensure compliance with company policies and laws
- recommend team member development, promotion, and disciplinary actions
- make hiring and termination recommendations
- work with Team Member Relations on investigations
- ensure safety and sanitation
- monitor food and beverage quality
- conduct quarterly food reviews
- manage food and beverage orders
- perform weekly inventory checks
- validate daily prep production
- coach, mentor, and discipline hourly team members
- facilitate team member recognition
- train and develop team for gold standard guest service
- manage guest relations and recovery
