Job Duties

  • Perform open, mid-day, closing duties
  • conduct daily briefings for team
  • manage repair and maintenance issues
  • oversee restaurant risk review and implement changes
  • lead local marketing and community involvement
  • facilitate continued education programs
  • exercise discretion and independent judgment
  • ensure compliance with company policies and laws
  • recommend team member development, promotion, and disciplinary actions
  • make hiring and termination recommendations
  • work with Team Member Relations on investigations
  • ensure safety and sanitation
  • monitor food and beverage quality
  • conduct quarterly food reviews
  • manage food and beverage orders
  • perform weekly inventory checks
  • validate daily prep production
  • coach, mentor, and discipline hourly team members
  • facilitate team member recognition
  • train and develop team for gold standard guest service
  • manage guest relations and recovery
