  • Experience in managing high-volume restaurants

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage relationships at various levels

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage the restaurant team to drive quality service and standards
  • Inspire and motivate the team to achieve loyalty and retention
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety standards
  • Manage supply chain and stock control to maintain standards
  • Monitor and achieve operational and financial targets
  • Coordinate and manage all resources and commercials to deliver profit and loss objectives
  • Interact with guests to ensure memorable dining experiences
