  • Previous experience training others in customer service, efficient serving techniques, table setting, and side work
  • Must pass a Level 2 federal background check
  • Must show proof of valid U.S. work authorization

Job Duties

  • Lead and inspire a dining team that creates exceptional experiences for residents and guests
  • Oversee dining room operations to maintain a welcoming, high-standard environment
  • Shape the training and growth of serving staff to deliver five-star service daily
  • Uphold cleanliness, safety, and customer service standards to ensure a superior dining experience
  • Manage scheduling and staff performance to maximize operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with other departments to support resident needs and company goals
  • Maintain inventory and coordinate with suppliers to ensure availability of dining essentials
