Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience training others in the areas of customer service, efficient serving techniques, table setting, and side work
  • must pass a Level 2 federal background check and show proof of valid U.S. work authorization

  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • excellent communication abilities
  • experience in a hospitality or senior living dining environment preferred
  • ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
  • knowledge of health and safety standards in food service

Job Duties

  • Lead and inspire a dining team that creates exceptional experiences for residents and guests
  • oversee dining room operations to maintain a welcoming, high-standard environment
  • shape the training and growth of serving staff to deliver five-star service daily
  • uphold cleanliness, safety, and customer service standards consistently
  • manage the scheduling and coordination of dining staff
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • handle guest feedback and resolve dining-related issues promptly
