Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 3 years experience in restaurant management or related hospitality role
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • valid driver’s license preferred but not required
  • willingness to undergo background check
  • ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to restaurant management

Job Duties

  • run the floor or kitchen creating a positive employee and guest experience
  • interview, hire, train, develop and coach your team
  • perform administrative activities like inventory, completing front of house and back of house orders, and monitoring the safe
  • ensure food safety, quality and presentation are on par while conducting line checks
  • support in the kitchen, bar, and dining room during peak hours
  • manage employee relations and handle customer complaints effectively
  • maintain operational standards and compliance with health regulations
