Job Requirements

Must have the ability to work various shifts ranging in hours, including weekends
Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to ten hours
Must safely lift pots, pans, glassware, boxes, etc. up to 50 pounds in weight
Must be able to read and write to facilitate communication
Must possess finger and hand dexterity for using small tools and equipment

Job Qualifications

At least 2-3 years restaurant management experience
Serve Safe Food and Serve Safe Alcohol certifications a plus
Ability to develop employees using performance documentation and evaluations
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Effective communication skills with staff and guests
Knowledge of restaurant operations and compliance requirements

Job Duties

Ensures timely, friendly service according to company guidelines, achieving established objectives of the unit
Cultivates a culture in accordance with the Flynn Applebee's Premier Card of core values and beliefs
Ensures the immediate response and correction of all verbal guest complaints to self and staff
Ensures guest contact as a priority with completion of required table visits established by Flynn Applebee's standards
Maintains departmental inventory levels
Ensures product preparation and presentation uncompromisingly meeting company standards by performing line checks
Effectively schedules employees to meet sales demands
