Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum one year restaurant management experience, QSR experience preferred
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and insurance for driving roles
- Strong personal effectiveness and self-motivation
- Ability to handle constructive criticism and operate with minimal supervision
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Demonstrates teamwork and leadership capabilities
- Ability to analyze financial and operational data
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year restaurant management experience, preferably in QSR
- Food safety certification as required by state or local authorities
- Advanced studies in business or restaurant management is beneficial
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively under minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical skills to interpret reports and manage inventory
Job Duties
- Assist in the recruitment and training of restaurant staff
- Conduct performance reviews and manage employee relations
- Ensure compliance with customer service standards and resolve guest complaints
- Manage financial controls including labor, food costs, cash management, and audits
- Maintain operational standards, cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulations
- Implement marketing programs and adjust staffing based on traffic patterns
- Secure company assets and adhere to safety and security policies
