Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum one year of restaurant management experience preferably in quick service restaurants
  • must have food safety certification according to state or local laws
  • reliable transportation
  • valid driver’s license and insurance for positions requiring driving
  • maintain an acceptable driving record for significant business driving roles

Job Duties

  • assist in recruitment of shift supervisors and crew members
  • implement employee orientation and training programs
  • build and maintain a positive work environment
  • conduct performance reviews and provide feedback
  • ensure communication and problem resolution across shifts
  • lead the restaurant team to achieve 100% guest satisfaction
  • resolve guest complaints using company protocols
  • manage financial controllables including labor, food, and supplies
  • conduct audits and manage cash and deposits
  • maintain cleanliness and safety standards
  • ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations
  • update operational manuals and follow opening and closing procedures
  • implement marketing programs and plan shifts based on business traffic
