- minimum one year of restaurant management experience preferably in quick service restaurants
- must have food safety certification according to state or local laws
- reliable transportation
- valid driver’s license and insurance for positions requiring driving
- maintain an acceptable driving record for significant business driving roles

Job Duties
- assist in recruitment of shift supervisors and crew members
- implement employee orientation and training programs
- build and maintain a positive work environment
- conduct performance reviews and provide feedback
- ensure communication and problem resolution across shifts
- lead the restaurant team to achieve 100% guest satisfaction
- resolve guest complaints using company protocols
- manage financial controllables including labor, food, and supplies
- conduct audits and manage cash and deposits
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations
- update operational manuals and follow opening and closing procedures
- implement marketing programs and plan shifts based on business traffic
