Job Requirements
- High school diploma G.E.D. or equivalent
- Completion of Restaurant Manager training classes
- ServSafe certified
- Minimum of 1 year experience as Associate Manager or 2 years as First Assistant Manager for internal promotion
- Minimum of 3 years management experience with full P&L responsibility for external recruitment
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to speak read and write English effectively
- Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
- Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk 85-95% of shift
- Ability to operate restaurant equipment and computer keyboard
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven analytical abilities
- Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior
Job Qualifications

- Minimum of 1 year experience as an Associate Manager or 2 years as a First Assistant Manager for internal promotion
- Minimum of 3 years experience managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility for external recruits
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Completion of Restaurant Manager training classes required
- ServSafe certification required
- Ability to speak read and write effectively in English

- Good organization and planning skills
- Proficient knowledge of personal computers and related software applications

Job Duties
- Recruits selects trains develops and evaluates restaurant employees
- Monitors staffing levels and ensures employee training adherence
- Identifies and develops internal candidates for management and Team Leader positions
- Creates and maintains an employee-friendly fun clean and safe restaurant environment
- Motivates and inspires employees to achieve high performance
- Ensures exceptional guest service and food quality
- Responds promptly and professionally to guest concerns and complaints
- Utilizes management information tools to analyze operational and financial performance
- Implements action plans to improve sales and profitability
- Maintains brand image through restaurant cleanliness and maintenance
- Exercises discretion and independent judgment on business matters
- Adheres to policies procedures and regulatory requirements
- Delegates work and systematically conducts follow-up
- Performs other related duties as assigned
