Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 1 year experience in management roles or 3 years managing a service concept with full profit and loss responsibility
- completion of restaurant manager training classes
- ServSafe certification
- proficient communication skills in English
- strong analytical and organizational skills
- valid driver's license and insurance
- ability to stand and walk 85%-95% of shift
- ability to lift 10-65 lbs
- ability to operate restaurant equipment and a motor vehicle
- self-starter with initiative
- demonstrates ethical behavior
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma G.E.D or equivalent required
- associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- minimum of 1 year experience as an associate manager and/or 2 years as a first assistant manager for internal promote
- minimum of 3 years managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility for external recruit
- must be 100% certified in all workstations
- must complete restaurant manager training classes
- must be ServSafe certified
- ability to speak read and write effectively in English
- excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
- proficient with computers and software
- valid driver's license and insurance
- demonstrate integrity and ethical behavior
Job Duties
- Recruits selects trains develops and evaluates restaurant employees
- monitors staffing levels and implements training systems
- creates an employee-friendly fun clean and safe environment
- motivates and inspires employees
- ensures compliance with labor laws
- manages daily restaurant operations to achieve excellence
- provides exceptional guest experience and resolves guest complaints
- maintains restaurant cleanliness and brand image
- analyzes operational and financial performance and implements improvement plans
- focuses on increasing sales and profitability while managing costs
- makes high quality decisions and supports change initiatives
- performs other related duties as assigned
- models and promotes high ethical standards and the Jack in the Box culture
- trains coaches and develops employees for promotion
