Job Duties

  • help operate restaurants on a day-to-day basis
  • assist the general manager in ensuring smooth shift operations
  • assist with local store marketing to reach sales and profit goals
  • support team members through performance and training initiatives
  • maintain high standards of customer service and food quality
  • oversee daily opening and closing procedures
  • manage inventory and supplies
