- 1-5 years of management experience
- prior experience as a restaurant manager
- understanding of labor laws
- knowledge of health codes and sanitation
- familiarity with responsible alcohol service
- ability to manage and direct others
- skilled in analyzing financial statements

Job Duties
- Lead and inspire restaurant crew to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- manage daily restaurant operations including local marketing initiatives
- oversee staff training, engagement, and performance development
- analyze Profit and Loss statements to ensure financial goals are met
- uphold compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safety procedures
- champion change management and foster a positive work environment
- coordinate responsible alcohol service and security protocols
