Job Requirements

  • 1-5 years of management experience
  • prior experience as a restaurant manager
  • understanding of labor laws
  • knowledge of health codes and sanitation
  • familiarity with responsible alcohol service
  • ability to manage and direct others
  • skilled in analyzing financial statements
  • computer operation proficiency

  • Previous restaurant management experience
  • ability to analyze Profit and Loss statements
  • general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, and safe food handling
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • passion for training and developing staff

Job Duties

  • Lead and inspire restaurant crew to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • manage daily restaurant operations including local marketing initiatives
  • oversee staff training, engagement, and performance development
  • analyze Profit and Loss statements to ensure financial goals are met
  • uphold compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safety procedures
  • champion change management and foster a positive work environment
  • coordinate responsible alcohol service and security protocols
