Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree preferred
- four to five years of restaurant management experience
- previous general manager experience in a restaurant setting
- general knowledge of labor laws and health codes
- understanding of food safety and sanitation
- knowledge of responsible alcohol service practices
- experience managing and directing a team
- ability to analyze financial statements
- strong communication skills
- passion for training and developing staff
