Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant, bar, or kitchen management
- knowledge of labor laws, health codes, and safe food handling
- ability to train and lead a team effectively
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to maintain safety and security standards
- proficiency with computer operations

- general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security procedures, and computer operations

Job Duties
- oversee the execution and performance of the heart-of-house operations
- provide direction and supervision for all heart-of-house team members
- ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and food safety standards
- manage kitchen operations including food preparation and sanitation
- train and develop team members to meet performance standards
- maintain safety and security systems and procedures
- monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
