Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant, bar, or kitchen management
  • knowledge of labor laws, health codes, and safe food handling
  • ability to train and lead a team effectively
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to maintain safety and security standards
  • proficiency with computer operations

Job Qualifications

  • preferably have 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security procedures, and computer operations
  • passion for training and developing a team
  • effective leadership and communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong organizational skills

Job Duties

  • oversee the execution and performance of the heart-of-house operations
  • provide direction and supervision for all heart-of-house team members
  • ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and food safety standards
  • manage kitchen operations including food preparation and sanitation
  • train and develop team members to meet performance standards
  • maintain safety and security systems and procedures
  • monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
