Job Requirements

  • Preferably, you have 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
  • You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team
  • Subject to availability and certain eligibility requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Preferably 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems, and computer operations
  • Ability to manage and direct the work of others
  • Passion for training and developing team members

Job Duties

  • Manage shift managers, servers, bartenders, and service assistants
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to ensure restaurant excellence
  • Focus on guest-related metrics and engagement
  • Uphold compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safety procedures
  • Champion team training and development
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations during peak hours
  • Drive implementation of company policies and operational standards
