Job Requirements

  • At least one year of experience as a District Manager
  • four years of restaurant management experience
  • preferably two years of experience as a District Manager within QSR
  • six years of restaurant management experience preferred
  • familiar with exceptional customer service
  • ability to uphold company core values

Job Duties

  • Drive sales and profit performance by providing support and operational expertise
  • connect with restaurants as needed to discuss Daily Business Review status
  • ensure restaurants are staffed at all levels and are scheduled effectively
  • support training and development programs including safety procedures, product quality, friendliness, cleanliness, accuracy, and speed of service
  • oversee restaurant operations including cost of goods sold, labor, and guest relations
  • develop top talent within the management team
  • serve as liaison between restaurants and support center ensuring strong communication
