Job Description
This job posting is for a position within a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. Unlike corporate-owned establishments, this means that the independent franchisee—not Jack in the Box Inc.—will be your direct employer upon hiring. The franchisee takes full responsibility for all employment-related aspects within the restaurant, including hiring decisions, wage setting, scheduling, staffing, employee supervision, discipline, and termination.

Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- able to stand for long periods
- capable of performing physical tasks
